I have printing facilities in the UK and in the US, and I ship all over the world.

It takes 3-5 business days for your book to be printed and expedited. Shipping delays will then depend on your location.

Merchandise other than books are shipped separately by my printing partner. If you order books plus merchandise, this means you may receive two packages at no extra cost to you.

Because ebooks are instant downloads, refunds are only given if you mistakenly buy two copies of the same book.

Otherwise when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely.

Since ebooks are delivered instantly to your email, it is therefore not possible to offer refunds for ebooks.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can either get a replacement or a full refund. Please contact me within 30 days of purchase to arrange for your replacement or refund.
