Refund policy
Ebooks:
Because ebooks are instant downloads, refunds are only given if you mistakenly buy two copies of the same book.
Otherwise when a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Since ebooks are delivered instantly to your email, it is therefore not possible to offer refunds for ebooks.
Physical Goods:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer (unless the item is damaged due to no fault of the customer).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital items like ebooks and audiobooks cannot be returned, along with any custom products Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital goods (such as ebooks or audiobooks) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
