The story was unique and beautifully written. I loved Ada’s character especially. This was a great adaptation of Phantom of the Opera and I enjoyed the whole thing. There were some editing/formatting errors that I found distracting, but they did not take away from the story as a whole
You had me at Phantom of the Opera retelling and it only went up from there! This book set such a perfectly gothic atmosphere that I was immediately drawn into the world of the Grand Opera House. The storytelling kept me completely wrapped up in the story until the very end.
I suggested my husband gift me the book, for Christmas. He doesn't usually follow directions, but surprisingly he ordered it. Thyme was so much fun to read! Quirky characters who fulfilled their roles and left me looking for a sequel. I'm excited to aquire another title for my collection.
