Countries
We currently accept returns from the United States only.
Digital Products (Ebooks & Audiobooks)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, returns and refunds are not accepted once the purchase is completed.
Exception:
A refund may be granted if you accidentally purchase two copies of the same ebook. In this case, please contact us with proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, once delivered, the product remains in the customer’s possession and cannot be returned.
Physical Goods
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products, subject to the conditions below:

Items must be new, unused, unworn and still shrink wrapped

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached

Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exception:
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, return shipping may be covered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To help us evaluate the issue, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required. Failure to provide requested photos may delay or prevent resolution.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
A $2 USD restocking fee applies to all eligible physical product returns.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
